This pendant combines a wide variety of techniques. We hand carved the wax model to make the casting for the sterling silver body and the casting was done in-house as well. The wings were pierced from 14k gold sheet and later hand engraved. We cut a Lightning Ridge crystal opal for the top cabochon, an Andamooka Matrix black gem opal for the bottom cabochon and we used two flush set 2mm VS G round brilliant diamonds for the eyes. This is a one-of-a-kind creation designed by Mark Anderson of Different Seasons Jewelry.
