Testimonials

To each of you who had a part in making this beautiful remembrance of my mother, Queena, who transitioned to heaven on the 27th of March 2008, thank you. I have cried buckets of tears today, because of the loss of her, because I am spending my first Christmas in my life without her, and because of the joy I feel being with my niece and her wonderful family on this very special Christmas Day. She is looking down on us today and smiling because the two girls she loved most in the world are together again. The necklace is a true work of art, depicts her unquestioned beauty, her joyous and free spirit, and her grace and elegance. She was a champion dancer, an unparalleled seamstress who loved jewelry, and the best mother and grandmother anyone could ever hope to have. I have no words to express how stunned and happy I was when I opened the gift. It totally took my breath away. Xenia put it on me with joy and I wear it with joy. My extreme and heartfelt thanks to Jessica for taking the commission and creating such a masterpiece, and to Mark for making my mother's initials with the incredible engraving work and crown on the back; such a beautiful gift could not possibly have more meaning to me than it does on this Christmas Day.

Respectfully Yours,
Yvonne

One-of-a-kind Argentium silver casting made from a hand carved wax model and Botswnan agate channel style inlay. Commissioned for Stephen Maes.

Nature is an inspiration to all of us. Jessica and Mark use many natural motif's in their work. I love the subtle curves and bold florals in Jessica's work. Just imagine a climbing vine reaching a leaf that glows brilliant with a fiery gemstone inbedded in it's folded palm. That is what I see through her eyes.

Mark is a master craftsman, always ready to explore new ideas. Together and alone their talents are deserving of any minor accolade I can express. I admire the work I have seen and I cherish the pieces I own.

I commissioned a piece to utilize the diamond from my engagement ring with one of her incomparable Andamooka Opals. Throughout every stage of the design planning into it's execution, Jessica was uncannily able to create with the stones and silver the image within my mind. She is able to listen, to put her client's desires into form with brilliance and skill. She is a delightful person to know and work with. She is warm, totally without ego and scrupulously thorough.

Jessica of Different Seasons Jewelry made an amazing ring for me! I told her I'd like a moonstone, & then sketched an idea... she in turn, created a band & setting for the moonstone, communicating with me the whole time, supplying pics & artistic suggestions. the result is a beautiful ring that I wear with pride each day.

Hand fabricated floral motif barrette with Andamooka gem matrix opal.

My first purchases from Jessica were custom dog tags. Her piercing work and design was so unusual and my special dogs needed one of her beautiful tags. Her work is meticulous and her designs are very original.

I had the opportunity to purchase several of her original pendants when I spent the day with her in Tucson, Arizona. I wanted to buy all of them, but I didn't have enough money. Her craftsmanship is detailed and so beautiful. The selection of stones she uses in her jewelry is top quality and is selected with care.

I had the opportunity to commission a beautiful hair ornament that she and Mark designed and created. It is a work of art and is beautifully detailed. The craftsmanship is flawless and is truly heirloom quality.
These artists have a bright future ahead of them as they continue to grow, explore and let their creativity flow.

It is always a pleasure working with talented and knowledgable people - everyone associated with Different Seasons is friendly and helpful, willing to source the unusual for their original pieces! I am a return customer and will always look to Jessica's art and Mark's gemology/lapidary experience for inspiration!

Being an artist I love to see what other artists are creating. I found Jessica and Mark’s pieces on line and fell in love with them. Many artists find one thing that sells – and they keep making the same thing year after year. Like a painter only painting pansies in the same way. Jessica and Mark’s work is always developing and changing. Waiting to see what fabulous piece they will make next has me coming back over, and over, and over.

I have obtained gem materials from Jessa several times. She always delivers more than she promised and been willing to work out terms to make purchasing easier. I appreciate both her style & focus as well as her business ethic. I look forward to working with both Jessa and Mark in the development & mounting of precious gems.
